Do I have to pay anything to join the pilot?
Nope. There are no setup fees or charges during your 6-month pilot. After that, you’ll only continue if you see value — no lock-ins or hidden costs.
Do my customers need to download anything?
They need to register on the Flock loyalty app. They then can scan your unique Flock QR code to earn rewards for their loyalty — it’s designed to be fast and friction-free.
How long does it take to set up?
About 15 minutes. We’ll guide you step-by-step through onboarding — no tech experience needed.
Who can join the pilot?
We’re currently onboarding Sydney-based cafés, restaurants, and lifestyle venues that are active on social media and open to using the app in-store.
